Sales Account Representative

Dallas, TX (Remote)

We believe that delivering the right data to the right people at the right time will have a profound impact on student achievement! We are IO Education and we are on a mission to create an environment of seamless student and parent engagement, improved classroom efficiency and constant awareness of student achievement.

Come and be a part of our success – we are adding a Sales Account Representative to our Team.The Sales Account Representative will generate revenue and achieve sales quotas by developing market potential through consultative sales methods including lead generation, qualification, product demonstrations, and closing sales. This is a remote position for someone located in the Dallas, TX region or surrounding area.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifies market potential with territory analysis, sourcing and qualifying leads, as well as partnering with other senior sales executives and demand generation team
  • Develops pipeline in assigned territory to achieve quarterly and annual quotas
  • Ability to consult with senior education administrators to align solutions with district needs and initiatives
  • Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services
  • Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and client feedback
  • Updates job and product knowledge by participating in ongoing educational opportunities.
  • Attends conferences as necessary

We hire individuals who are innovative, positive, knowledgeable, and supportive. Other requirements for the position are:

  • Bachelors’ degree in Business or equivalent
  • 2+ years previous experience in an inside or outside sales organization with strong preference for K12 market experience
  • Must reside in Dallas, TX region or surrounding area.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong verbal and communication skills for both remote and in-person sale engagements
  • Highly organized and strong time management skills
  • Ability to consult with senior education administrators to align solutions with district needs and initiatives
  • Ability to work in fast paced, changing environment with minimal direction.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Programs and Google applications

Paid Time Off (PTO)
