Customer Success Specialist

New York Office

We believe that delivering the right data to the right people at the right time will have a profound impact on student achievement!  We are IO Education and we are on a mission to create an environment of seamless student and parent engagement, improved classroom efficiency and constant awareness of student achievement.  We need talented people with a passion to help us improve educational outcomes.  Come and be a part of our success – we are adding a Customer Success Specialist to our Customer Success Team who will be responsible for:

 

  • Connecting with our clients and troubleshooting questions by phone and email
  • Escalating and reporting issues
  • Monitoring and testing bugs and bug fixes
  • Providing important updates to customers, colleagues, and management on the status of cases

  • An outgoing personality and genuine interest in assisting educators with their software

Customer Success Manager

Murrieta, Ca

We believe that delivering the right data to the right people at the right time will have a profound impact on student achievement!  We are IO Education and we are on a mission to create an environment of seamless student and parent engagement, improved classroom efficiency and constant awareness of student achievement.  Come and be a part of our success – we are adding a Customer Success Manager to our Team who will be responsible for:

 

  • The development of best practice implementation and training.
  • Training clients in a variety of environments, including on-site, small group, and webinar.
  • Working with every level of the K-12 school district, from District Administrators to School Administrators to Classroom Teachers.
  • Setting appropriate expectations and effectively guide clients through IO implementation processes.
  • Meeting with clients to review IO product and solution usage, explore opportunities for deeper engagement, troubleshoot issues, etc.
  • Maintaining strategic and effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Developing venues for clients to engage with one another on long-term education solutions, such as regional meetings, user conferences, etc.
  • Developing resources to best support long-term clients, including but not limited to training materials and documents, LMS and knowledge base solutions, and other technologies and resources that will ensure customer success.

 

Do you have what it takes to be a part of our dynamic team?  Five years of experience in the K-12 education platform, five years of experience in implementation, professional development, training, and customer care and five years of experience as a K-12 classroom teacher?

 

We hire individuals who are innovative, positive, knowledgeable, and supportive. Other requirements for the Customer Success Manager position located in our Murrieta, CA office are:

 

  • BA/BS, MA or MS preferred
  • Outstanding presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proven track record developing clients into true believers
  • Ability to travel 50%+ of time
