HR Recruiter

Come and be a part of our success – we are adding an HR Recruiter to our Team. The Recruiter will be responsible for supporting business needs and ensuring the proper implementation of IO Education’s objectives are met while managing the following: being responsible for:

  • Recruitment
  • On boarding
  • Benefit Administration
  • Employee Engagement- events and wellness programs
  • General office Operations

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the recruitment process for all departments within IO
  • Manage the on boarding process for all New Hires within IO
  • Manage the Benefit Administration of all benefits plans for all IO employees including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD, ADD etc. and assist in the annual open enrollment process
  • Create, develop and manage corporate events and wellness programs within the organization
  • Manage general office operations of the Buckhead office and be the point person for other offices.
  • Act as the back up to the Director of People

Customer Success Specialist

Atlanta, GA

Come and be a part of our success – we are adding a Customer Success Specialist to our Team.The Customer Success Specialist will provide implementation and technical support to our PALS customers. They are the first point of contact and support for clients before, during, and after their purchase as well as for Tier I technical support issues. They handle everything from payment processing to providing login, usage, and resolution for all sites.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to help requests from participants through help desk calls and emails
  • Keep meticulous records of incoming and outgoing forms and documents
  • Take detailed phone messages and transcribe voicemails
  • Provide timely updates to customers, colleagues, and management on the status of outstanding case
  • Provide one-on-one support for users before, during, and after courses
  • Assist the team and manager as needed throughout the implementation process
  • Guide the payment tracking

Sales Account Representative

Dallas, TX (Remote)

Come and be a part of our success – we are adding a Sales Account Representative to our Team.The Sales Account Representative will generate revenue and achieve sales quotas by developing market potential through consultative sales methods including lead generation, qualification, product demonstrations, and closing sales. This is a remote position for someone located in the Dallas, TX region or surrounding area.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifies market potential with territory analysis, sourcing and qualifying leads, as well as partnering with other senior sales executives and demand generation team
  • Develops pipeline in assigned territory to achieve quarterly and annual quotas
  • Ability to consult with senior education administrators to align solutions with district needs and initiatives
  • Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services
  • Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and client feedback
  • Updates job and product knowledge by participating in ongoing educational opportunities.
  • Attends conferences as necessary

Customer Success Manager

This position is critical to IO’s overall success by ensuring successful implementations and ensuring successful, long term client relationships.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze information provided by our sales team as well as the newly acquired client team to determine the best configuration and implementation of the solution.
  • Work with fellow account managers to transition existing accounts.
  • Coordinate all aspects of planning the implementation.
  • Validate data and gather information needed form clients by hosting regularly scheduled implementation and discovery conference calls.
  • Provide end user training through webinars or on site
  • Ensure client satisfaction
  • Partner with other areas of IO Education to ensure a successful implementation.

As our SDR you will be responsible for:

  •  Conducting sales development best practices with email, phone, and social activities to connect with new prospects.

  •  Coordinate demos on account executive’s calendar and log activities in Salesforce

Jr. Software Developer

Charlottesville, VA

The Jr. Developer will assist the Product Development team in building applications for the IO Education PALS client products. They will be responsible for developing new CFML (ColdFusion Markup Language) as well as debugging and providing QA for our legacy products. The Jr. Developer will work alongside a senior CF developer to meet client and internal requirements. We are looking for collaborative, creative professionals who love to make applications.

As our Jr. Software Developer you will be responsible for:

  • Creating interactive educational web applications
  • Coding software to adhere to designs supporting internal business requirements and external customers
  • Standardizing the quality assurance procedure for software
